I don't know Pretty Baby but I do know that enforcement of CP laws is very subjective as opposed to objective. With certain individuals given a free pass while others get their lives destroyed. Marriage, gender, wealth, and many other things contribute to whether two people with identical images are prosecuted or not. Be a married female with wealth and your pictures are art, history, and keepsakes be a single white male with a low paying job and the pictures become masterbation material and abusive.
