Not just Brazil, but South America generally... Parents actually encourage and teach their little daughters to dance in a way that automatically means "sex" in the northern hemisphere. I am not a cultural anthropologist, so I don't understand why the disparity exists, although I DO KNOW that northern feminists have been trying very hard to inflict their beliefs and agenda onto people south of the equator for some years now. I'd give anything to read an enlightening piece about this conflict of cultures myself.. I can admit that I do not really understand it at its root level. I only know there is a major conflict of perceptions.
