Many psychiatrists and clinical psychologists are suffering from maladaptive accusatory disorder (MAD) which makes them accuse anyone not conforming to strict norms of "having" something as defined in the DSM. The DSM is designed so as to be able to describe any behavior as deviant by someone skilled in what essentially comes down to rhetoric. It's just how they make money.
