In Chile, where the age of consent is 14, homosexual activity with anyone under 18 is illegal. Repealing Article 365 in the Chilean Penal Code would make that legal. This has nothing to do with pedophilia, it has to do with decriminalizing homosexuality. Any sexual contact with a child under the age of 14 remains illegal (as it should).
