First, you have to gain access to the media bosses. Butter up their executive assistant (maybe be like, "Wow, I found this beautiful necklace in the parking lot; it must've fallen right off your neck"), and bring them into the meeting so they can agree with your points.

You just have to tell these executives, "With Epstein out of business, and Pizzagate exposed, where are you going to get hot underage kids? You're just going have to legalize pedophilic behavior."

Then spam their inboxes with pictures of cute kids every day, to remind them of what they're missing out on if they don't legalize it. Eventually this will drive them nuts to the point they have to take action.
