I once had the gummy bear song in my head for 3 or 4 weeks. At some point I was standing on the pedestrian bridge looking down into the abyss. I didn't pull a John Berryman, but I thought about it for a half second.

I try to look on the bright side of life. Ain't always easy. Cynicism is an art form in my background. Probably why such a song feels good to me.
