I have serious trust issues when it comes to newspapers and other outlets. I used to read left-wing sources because they tend to be the more serious ones, but I get fed up with the hypocrisy. Now I just read economic ones that just give me the hard facts and statistics.

I think what I fear the most is becoming dogmatic or stubborn, and so I (probably somewhat haughtily) like to think I transcend the political spectrum, though I'm more of a leftist than I like to admit.

But I do think that, whether we like it or not, the left is our only chance of furthering our cause. All of the antis I know are right-wing nutjobs.
