I feel no need to object to bashing celebrity follows. That's a slightly failed peg, from my honest viewpoint. I'd be trashing Hollywood on the street before you even managed to get your pagan slippers on.

...you see, for as long as "elections" are internally and undemocratically arranged - presidents and politicians are not political figures, but rather useless celebrities of no import. :)
