You can make one up, but we suggest using the following site:

including a minimum of 16 characters, and including symbols, numbers, and lower- and upper-case characters, and selecting the "do NOT send across the Internet" option.

Passwords can also be encrypted and saved on your personal machine.

If the above is too much, we suggest a bare minimum of 10 characters.
