I do agree with his concept that genital mutilation is a bad thing.

Yeah, that's how I feel too. But I don't get the need to involve feminism, religion (well, I can kinda see the point there) and rape into the mix. It just makes his arguments more disagreeable for no reason at all. Otherwise, his views on the subject are compelling.

I don't approve of genital mutilation when done just for tradition's sake. Now, if someone informed wishes to get circumcised then, by all means, they're in their right.
