Whatever else one might say about Trump, on this he acted more quickly than Hillary would have, and in almost every instance in defiance of Democrat leadership. He cut off travel from China at a time when Democrats were calling any actions to stop the spread of this disease "racist". His actions in the last three years reduced American dependence on Chinese manufacturing too.
