It’s “inappropriate” (I don’t care much for that term/idea), and could be informed that the adult will get in trouble. I doubt she can understand the grooming she will get however by the entities that work to convince her the adult was very bad and did not have love for her and was only after his own interests and used her and how that will impact the rest of her life and how she will forever after feel about sex.

Shouldn’t we refrain on that sad fact?
