This winter

Of course it has to be half off this winter. Otherwise the little girls get a heatstroke. I mean, wearing clothes designed for -15 when it is +5. They will get thoroughly sweaty.

But there will be nothing exposed save hands. "Half off" means half the layers off. Or rather, half the upper-layer "winter clothes" off. The girls still wear inner layers of clothes at +5. And part of the upper layers. Like, it is easy to open the front of fur coat when it thaws... but getting the other half off? It´s inconvenient to carry, so she still has to have it on her back and arms in the sleeves. With her back and arms sweating and throat chilling because that´s where she can open the coat to relieve the heat.
