It's about a "day that would unite the whole pedo community."

What points do you even expect to score? Do you think "they" will lay down their pitchforks and say "gosh, you got me, guess my only options now are hating children or loving pedos"?

July 14 would be in memory of a man who had his life destroyed by anti-pedophilic laws and public hatred, and who is completely innocent by the standards of either side. Everyone, everywhere agrees he was just a victim. It is a day that could unite not just the pedo community, but the entire world. If you want it to be about scoring points, there's your day.

There are many things wrong in the world. A day of remembrance cannot, will not, and is not intended to solve them. Your blatant and shameless attempt to twist it into some "unfair advantage" in your crusade won't convince anyone that you're right. It will only prove that even you yourself believe that your case is too weak to win honestly. It does not score any points, it just forfeits what precious few any of us may have already had.
