Now, suppose John Doe went to that country with his pockets full of money, exchanges it for the local money, rents a small but comparatively luxurious hut, and just sits there watching people. Then he invites Pharady and Her mom to join him in some good, healthy PIZZA! Then he cuddles with Pharady and offers to babysit Her for money: paying his money to Her mom for the task of babysitting Pharady.
You know where I'm going with this.
Disregarding the "law" issue, what about ethics? What if, somehow, Pharady's mother discovered that John Doe was a pedophile and asked John for money in exchange for babysitting Pharady? What if Pharady asked the same question?
