The inclusion of e-mail addresses in posts is now allowed again. If you choose to include an e-mail address, we strongly recommend that this be an address that's completely separate from anything in your name, for work, education, etc. You can create a new email address that's only for GC and other community-related conversations.

Additionally, we strongly recommend the use of ProtonMail, which has free accounts, and focuses on maintaining the privacy and security of its users. Note that e-mails sent between ProtonMail users are end-to-end encrypted. And we strongly recommend against the use of most popular options, including Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, etc.
