I've been uncharacteristically under the weather the last week, and not been reading many posts, or even internetting much for that matter. I said some time ago here that I was glad about the general biological sex ed stuff being taught to kids in many areas now. I just wasn't on board with using it to push political ideologies, which is definitely being tied tightly to it, sadly. It's probably not so easy to keep neutrality on a topic like that, but luckily I'm not the trained highly paid expert to figure out how to keep kids aware of what adults are thinking about or what propositions they might approach kids with, without also vomiting a self-serving agenda tied to marxy gender clouding at one end, or religious-based chastity worship at the other.

All the other stuff being added on is dead weight that I never asked to be included. I just thought it was good to teach the birds & the bees early so they know what's happening when the other person tries to touch them or asks them to do stuff.

All that added weight, just another sign of our Me culture.

I did always love that sig. The painter was adept at canine body language, and it speaks volumes to anyone else who knows it.
