Try reseting your ToR browser

At times the bot will block IP's from ToR when it sense a flood of traffic coming from a set of IP's.

As you know my old friend, we have been getting tons of new members to our forum in the past month or so. If the bot feels too much traffic is coming in it will protect the itself.
