Not that I know of - but it seems clear that natural selection for juvenile traits requires individuals who are attracted to those traits, which means selection for the trait of finding juvenile traits attractive. Presumably there is more than one gene involved, and perhaps exclusives simply have a higher proportion of those genes. No one really knows as of yet.
