I can find two pieces of information/statements regarding what he has done.

1) He pleaded guilty to attempted sexual battery.
2) He has asserted his innocence, saying "It may be hard for some to believe, but sometimes people are wrongly accused."

One could play a game of distributing probability equally, ending up with 50% probability of him having attempted sexual battery*, and 50% probability of something else being the case.
I don't see what grounds you have for assuming consensual sexual activity, other than how news reports of this topic are sometimes questionable. I pretty much only assume (1) and (2) which are stated above.

*I wonder how one attempts sexual battery. Is that like trying to hit someone and being stopped, while there being something sexual about it?
