I do not advocate condemnation either. Doing so blames the victim. Sure he/she could have made a better decision but in the end they are not the origin of the harm. I am a victim if I walk down the streets of Compton wearing expensive jewelery and I get mugged. Yes, I should have tucked my chains but in the end, I am not the origin of the harm.

The root of the all harm are the adults who claim to be helping. The society set up that demonizes normal and pleasurable interactions that are incredibly important to humanity for more than just reproduction.

Though I will still suggest not partaking in such interactions and if already started, then ending them with comprehensive explanations to the child and open discussion.
