Your wife might be the one to insist. I witnessed this recently. Prior to the cutting, I was asked my opinion about circumcision and I gave it. Wifey said, "but it's so ugly".

Next time I saw baby, the deed was done.

So I wonder if this is mostly a female opinion of aesthetics?
