Really?
What world do you live in? Snowden ring a bell? Hackers? Watergate? I suppose nothing is completely fool proof. No need to take the survey if you're too worried about those things though. I understand. I guess you might disagree with me on this, but I really can't see a mental health professional from Mount Sinai Beth Israel one day deciding they want to out MAPs over the internet, then contact B4U-ACT, talk with them extensively over the course of a couple of years, collaborate on putting together a survey, and then try to track people down by knowing their sex, age, education level and ethnicity. Maybe the anti's from Perverted Justice or Evil Unveiled, but I just don't think a therapist would decide to take that on. I know there's still plenty of reason to be cautious about telling a therapist your an MAP if you're seeing them as a patient, but I don't think a mental health professional would take such a project on. Again though, I guess there's still the possibility of hackers (isn't that a possibility with GC too?), so I understand if you don't want to take the survey. |
