We have to wait for the 'me' generation to die

The American baby boomers are the most spoiled and selfish people to ever occupy planet Earth. They took everything their parents had, they took all they could from their children, and they continue to steal from their grandchildren as well.

These Oprah watching locusts began to run things in the late 1970's, and gave us the witch hunts of the 1980's. As long as these people are part of society, they will continue to promote the ignorance they always have.

The good news is that later generations don't believe their nonsense, and there is a brighter and more enlightened future ahead for humanity. The bad news is the "me" generation will continue to devour resources and spread their ignorance in their later years, just as they have their whole lives. Like the bigoted and racist generation before them, there is little you can do except put up with them and know they will not be running things forever.
