If someone asks in their presence why you don't date women, they are obliged to keep a natural, neutral expression and say, "Gee, I don't know."

Just don't tell them many details, so they can truly answer that they don't know. That's what happened with my brother when my mom asked him while I was away. She has never asked me directly; maybe she's thinking I'll talk to her when I'm ready to? Am I putting a burden of sorts on her by not talking to her, showing I don't feel I can talk to her despite her attempts to let me know she'll love me regardless?
