as long as they can express their enjoyment of something they enjoy and displeasure at something they don't enjoy. That usually occurs the instant some person is capable of either smiling or frowning, and either giggling or crying.

I would say that this defines more precizely what kratt called "a reasonable age" -- and it impozes upon us the duty to teach her about sex before that reasonable age.
