...in addition to the "beating children is love" spiel you had to deal with, Marka also not only argued that "care" is not a verb, and somehow argued inaction in the face of something one provides care to was preferable to actually trying to find solutions... but also engaged in open sabotage of those who did try to engineer a solution set.

Two types of people have a great need for the uniform-without-substance to be worth more than the substance : narcissists, and saboteurs. The former, it's because they have a need to defend their self-importance-without-effort for their security needs.
