Agreed. If Ethan were to claim that they keep all disagreements off their board because they don't want to turn away fragile self-hating peds who aren't ready to stop hating themselves, I would understand - though they could at least include a link (with a warning) for those brave enough to consider pro-contact facts.

But even in those circumstances this would clearly be a double standard - just a double standard that has merit within limited circumstances. We will uphold our standard, but that does not mean we will refrain from criticizing low standards elsewhere.
