I hope I never rule out a 'truly exceptional circumstance' in anything in my life. Is this your 'out'? Ethan says there aren't any of these that apply to a virped; always wrong is, well, always wrong. You have set it up so you can just claim exceptional circumstance. I don't think you are going to make a very good virped.
