"I'm curious as to how you'd relate this to minorities such as:

"Deaf
Blind
Physically challenged
Mentally challenged
Elderly"

In each case, these minorities clearly lack something that a normal, healthy human being has (in the last case, energy). This is not the case with pedophiles, who are perfectly healthy.
