Never, and things have got worse, not better. Plus, I'm not saying anything ever happened, just that despite the incessant hammering children get, it's obvious that they want and need affection, and in the absence of demands from assholes that they MUST NOT, almost all would. Ethan's claim that those who would are only a few among millions is beyond stupid, and I'm astounded that I had to be the one to point it out after all the other responders ignored such a glaringly ridiculous statement.
