I mostly leave that to my co-founder Nick Devin these days. He likes boys, I like girls, so it kind of fits. He posts there regularly describing the existence of VP and what it stands for.

He gets some hostility, of course, but also some support.

Here's an interesting little tidbit from Mike Bailey's survey of pedophiles. In answer to the question of how immoral is adult-child sexual contact, these are the results. The columns are "OK if consensual", "depends on the circumstances, "immoral but not the worst thing a person can do", and "very immoral":

Girl Chat 17 14 2 1

Boychat is 19% anti-contact (right 2 categories), and Girlchat is 8%. Of course all the usual cautions apply regarding self-selected samples, bias, etc.

For the record, my answer is "immoral but not the worst thing a person can do".
