There was a company that operated until 2011 selling nudist/naturist videos of teenage and prepubescent boys. The operators of the company believed that the DVDs they produced and sold were legal in the U.S., and their Canadian distributor even engaged in substantial litigation in the U.S. over others' infringing their copyright over the course of years. Nudist/naturist magazines and videos were commonly sold in the U.S. from the 1970's on and were never considered child pornography.

But "what is child pornography?" is in the mind of the beholder - SCOTUS Justice Potter Stewart famously claimed "I know it when I see it". And since Azov's Canadian distributor was raided three years ago, look at the hundreds of years in prison issued to people who bought the DVDs with a good faith belief that they were legal:
