they only reduce the year of jail they can't legally do otherwise

they are supreme court called Corte di Cassassione that express at third level of judgement

we have a strange law

aoc is 14 but between 10 and 14 there is a difference between violent sex and not violent (=sexual acts with minors) (and that's good) and if parents agree the relationship and sex is done in their house there could be no fellony if none make start a denunciation and the "victim" will never report the adult
