From what I've read, a lot of otherwise teleiophilic women derive sexual pleasure from breastfeeding (I'd guess more than are willing to admit it). Whether this qualifies as properly nepiophilic is, I suppose, up to the individual so pleasured. I hadn't heard that there were more (admitted, self-identified) female nepiophiles than (admitted, self-identified) pedo/hebephiles, however. That's interesting; I wonder why that might be?
