Don't forget about the police interrogations and court case (right to face your accuser, with cross examinations). Reporting it ensures she'll actually be molested. But by the system. Not reporting it may means its more likely she'll put blame on you, but overall less than 1% of cases are probably reported. May be a better result for her.

Not that I know what I would do if I discovered such illegal acts going on.
