-There are no rules that the parent has set that I would find harmful to the child. Some that I slightly disagree with, but nothing that I am opposed to. Like I said Abby is told that her internet use is monitored. I agree it should be and I agree that she should be told that it is.

-While I agree that the entire community should look out for children. I believe in the ultimate right of the parent to decide for their child what is best for them within reason.

-I would totally disagree with any parent that didn't let Abby decide for herself what beliefs she wanted to follow. Her mother was perfectly fine with Abby discussing why atheists believe what they do even though she wants Abby to be a christian.

-Its not something the parents disapprove of. It is something the parents would not want their child to be involved in period. I respect that.
