You said in another post that you feel a choice or a tradeoff between the intellectual and the field aspects of fighting for child or pedo emancipation. But I don't think it is so, and I think the reason why there is no such a tradeoff, is in that sentence.

JD is talking about people who would otherwise not care much for pedos or for antis; and would not defend pedos because they don't care enough, but would not attack us either because they don't care enough. Most of these people may be apathetic or uninformed but that doesn't necessarily make them bad people and indeed, most may be decent people. Hence, "good people who do nothing" - also a reference to the Edmund Burke aphorism.

But those good people who do nothing, will do a lot to defend the pedo in their children's lives from anything, because they see how their children's happiness requires so.

And I know it. I live it. The Twins' Mom does it.

And that is where I see that the intellectual and field world intersect rather than stay apart. The intellectual knows why he's doing what he does; and informs the children to be better citizens of a world where they will help emancipate themselves, other children and pedos, in the name of and with the experience present of their own life. The field officer cares for them in the here and now tending to all their other needs not depending on their status as free people. Obviously everyone is different, but I wouldn't be such a good quasi-parent but sometimes quasi-boyfriend to the girls (and the former to the boys) if I wasn't intellectually committed to making them aware and knowing that they are people, created free and valuable and without any inferiority for their age. And I wouldn't be so intellectually clear with my concepts and meanings, or so sure that it works if I didn't have the field experience that says, hey, this works! and which the girls and boys in my life give to me, and really only they can.

And that, in turn, is made possible, or at least easier, because good people who do nothing are actually good at something they do.
