If her parents explicitly authorized her to have sexual relationships with someone else, would you also respect that decision, and allow the sexual contact to happen when she's in your care?
Why or why not?
Because if not, then you are using parental sovereignty as a pretext, but you are really conforming to the state as a moral arbiter above anyone else, including parents.
A poster that has been banned from here but is still a regular on BC married off his daughters at 7 years. Would you also respect his decision?
