...the suspected "pedophile" (hebephile)'s innocence was ambiguous at best. And while society played an implicit role in the vigilante's motivation, I'd like to see a more sympathetic character destroyed by the system itself, on a wider scale. An innocent man whose entire life is ruined by a clearly (to the audience) false allegation resulting in a variety of personal, social, and legal trauma. A movie that doesn't leave much doubt in the viewers' minds that pedo-fear is more dangerous than pedophiles are.
