Yes. As long as the crime is committed in a typical fashion. For example, one commits a particular crime only when they are drunk. Or if they find themselves alone with a little girl. The person who commits crimes while only drunk may do many different types of crimes but because of this one particular situation (being drunk) he commits them.

Or a situational crime could be every time a mans wife or girlfriend yells at him he beats the crap out of her. He loses control in this particular situation.

Another example with someone who downloads cp. There are supposedly triggers which causes one to be susceptible to downloading this type of material. So when the offender only download's cp when the triggers are set this could be a situational offence. With out being in that situation he wouldn't commit the offence.

You can repeat the crime over and over as long as what triggers the crime is singularly typical it's situational.
