So, no, I don't buy the story that they don't want to show the photos to the jury because they don't want to upset them. I think they don't want the jury to see the photos because some of the jurors will laugh in their faces when they're told that these are images of child abuse.

The D.A also wants to make the playing field go in their favor. The defense will not even be allowed to cross examine in an effective manner. I can just hear it now, the D.A saying "the unseen pictures are horrible, the worst I've ever seen." But as far as we know without seeing them they may be pictures of Elle Fanning and other starlets. Or maybe nude pictures which the child is obviously enjoying what she is doing.

This is nothing more then ammunition to put people into prison and preventing them from even having a fighting chance. Pathetic.
