Take a walk where there are so many things to see, hear, and smell that you don't have time to notice yourself thinking. Alternatively, take a walk somewhere peaceful that has so much open spiritual space that all of the negative energy you have can just dissipate into the atmosphere.
That's what I do in response to anything I don't know how otherwise to handle. It sounds silly, but it has helped me on many occasions. ![]() |
