How seriously can it be taken anyway?

One of my concerns is how the questionaires were done anonymously, were they not? With all the trolling that goes on, who's to say a majority of the replies weren't completely fake and giving false impressions of who we really are? As I've said quite a few times before, I'd be 100% willing to identify myself for a serious study which was sponsored by a university or other professional institution, whereby the institution itself and/or its faculty would guarantee my privacy and be legally bound to their obligation. In my view it's the only way they're ever going to get the majority of pedos who are not incarcerated and have no related criminal record. I haven't read the book, so I can't give an opinion. Unfortunately I wasn't around much while this was taking place. I did make a hefty response to the questionaire, but I never did turn it in to them, partly because I wasn't even sure if I could trust it was for the reason claimed. I'm glad to see it was, but I am not trusting of anonymously submitted info either, and I don't see how it could be taken very seriously by professionals.
By your description, Dissident, it sounds like I should be glad I didn't submit my questionaire, and glad that its accuracy as a true reflection of those who did will be questionable at best.
