well you yourself said "I'm going to page through this a couple times when I'm a tad more lucid"... :p
I personally clearly see that the legal system is not doing much in protecting children in the end, I guess LGs sees it too from my thoughts in the previous post; It wasn't meant to be a university-like kind of study or anything, just my thoughts on the subject.
I go to the root of things, I come to the conclusion based on many things, not just what has been mentioned in the post (that's maybe why LGs sees it clearly, he maybe now makes the connections with other stuff encountered before);
The legal system's sexual laws simply are messing things up IMO when I see the results from them:
the results I see are an incredibly oppressed community of (generally) men, which creates within that community an enormous amount of frustrations, despair, depression, anger, misunderstandings, victimhood, obsessions and crimes that otherwise wouldn't be, or not as much,
and towards the children frustrations, hurt, victimhood, ignorance, lies, misunderstandings and deceptions that otherwise wouldn't be...
The legal system deals with egotism, man who takes himself for God (or better than nature has done), as in reality no man has the ability to judge another man, as in order to do that one needs to have all the knowledge pertaining to the situation in question which is impossible to do, therefore leaving one's fate in the hands of another man (judge) is ridiculous, and is why it's a mockery.
I don't believe in the legal system (being under it), like Vic refers to it, it's a cartoon world, made on paper, all fictitious, and is a private corporation that people can use when they don't want to deal with the situation in private, however both parties have to agree to deal things through that private corporation, if one of the two does not then there's no case.
It's a long consciousness process and I can't explain why here.

Sincerely,
