In my youth (ok,ok, long time ago) it was normal to breastfeed in public and girls didn't cover their chest until there were real breasts.
Especially the breastfeeding in public became "not done" for many people, but not for all.

These days it seems the nice young and perky ones are covered and the big, saggy ones are shown in their full "glory" :-(

But seriously, sunbathing topless is widely practiced and accepted here for all ages.

For the rest: fully agreed. Breastfeeding in public should be normal and i see no need to cover up breasts in mid summer.
