Well hotlines are few and far between. As for an order of apprehension I would not be too worried. Justice departments are stretched thin enough. I do not see them going to great lenghts over someone who has not committed a crime. Besides you could always go and see a psychiatrist of your own free will. I am sure that would help tremendously if the order for apprehension did occur. You have not done anything wrong.
