Personally, I have found all the so-called 'services' provided by 'therapists' to be completely worthless., so that's an indication of where I stand on that.

However, to be fair, unlike your first sentence, your second sentence does not follow from the quote. There is a possibility of there existing a (worthless) therapist who does not "rat out" someone just because of who they love, even though they might be required by law to rat out specific "behavior".
