As far as I know there is none.

The notion of Neoteny discusses the retention of pre-existing features at a later stage.

When we discuss states of aging, its called Neoteny. When we discuss species evolution the phrase is "ontogeny recapitulates phylogeny."

But a display of a later stage prior to its normal arrival is called "precocious _____;" as in "precocious puberty," or "precocious menopause." And, of course "precocious" is a more loaded term. It implies the wrongness of a state manifesting at a particular time. Medical authorities recognize that the onset of any stage can occur over a broad time-span. So they usually use a pretty wide range of acceptability before describing the early or late arrival as a medical problem. Even then, they're usually playing catch-up with statistical shifts within the population.

Perhaps premature-aging would be a better term for the effects that stress can have on someone's features. Methinks that all these kids under intense pressure to perform will have "aged" themselves out of the mating pool by the time they decide to settle down and procreate.
