A plot of land doesn't have desires, which are restricted by you not choosing the method of developing it which best fulfills its desires.

If you want to make a better argument, start with how restricting children from engaging in sexual activity is damaging to them (I can guess, but it'd make your statement more logical.) And, more importantly, how 'restricting' equals 'using.' More to the point, 'sexual abuse' is a loaded term which virtually noone equates with prohibiting someone from engaging in sexual activity. If you use a term in a way that noone else does, then I'd say you're abusing the term :)
